The Role:

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
Reporting directly to the CIS District Manager CIS, you will be instrumental in planning and executing the company's direction and growth by developing strategies and plans for our various product lines that currently consist of drill bits, drilling tools, hole enlargement tools, fishing tools and coring services. Position would suit a candidate with proven drilling industry experience looking to further develop their career in the Oil & Gas Industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Deliver outstanding sales growth by increasing business with existing customers and developing / fostering new ones and ensure that profit levels are met.
Key account management: proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all key accounts on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends and identify products and pricing that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Maximize client satisfaction through the provision of an outstanding service and work with engineers on technical customer support and field service.
Working with District Management, assist with setting budgets and targets and monitor the division's performance along with forecasting trends and potential market opportunities.
Devise and/or improve and implement operational procedures for efficient workflow.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in engineering or sciences.
Experience: 4-5 years direct experience in an oilfield drilling environment, proven sales experience would be an advantage.
Technically-oriented, assertive, and ambitious.
A good communicator with highly developed leadership capabilities.
Outstanding sales and negotiation skills, potential.
Capable to think out-of-the-box and develop business in new directions.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Fluent in Azeri and Russian languages, excellent command in English, both written and spoken.
