The Role:
Develop new customers and market applications for Power Electronics Systems (PES) solutions
Identify key decision makers in customer accounts to develop customer relationships
Focus on reaching and identifying suitable distributors
Responsible for PES Product and Systems Sales Figures and EBIT
Perform site survey and site audits as part of proposal preparation
Preparation of Technically competent Proposal and Commercial Quote for PES project pursuits with accurate costing
Costing preparation and standardization of system packaging for pursuit of turn-key projects
Plan and execute marketing drives and events (conferences, product showcase participating in trade shows)
Maintain good customer rapport through frequent and effective communication with customer
Work with Global Project Team to win strategic project orders and assist reporting LBU / Team leader in day to day operations
Frequent travelling within Vietnam to visit customers

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: – University degree or higher in Instrumentation or Automation

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3-5 years of working experience in Power Electronics/Drive/Automation with a minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Drive and Power Electronics industries
Specific knowledge: Familiar with industrial plant/marine electrical power installations, electrical panel
Service and commissioning experience of similar equipment (Low Voltage VSD, AC/DC Drives, PLC System and Computer knowledge)
Skills: Dynamic, strategic with good business acumen
Strong communication and negotiation skills Proactive and assertive individual with well-developed leadership qualities
Good command of English language and business communication
Willing to travel frequently
Results oriented
Local candidates are prefered
