The Company:
Chemical business: Polyurethanes

The Role:
Sales Executive is responsible for the sales in the designated area of responsibility in order to achieve the agreed business plan. Major focus will be on serving existing customers aiming at highest shares of value/volumes at each customer. Develop new business opportunities for long term profit sustainability.

REPORT TO: Commercial Manager - Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar

BASE OF WORK: Bangpoo Industrial, Samutprakarn

-Deliver the target for the CM, CM/tes, FOS CFC, Debtors targets, project assignment ,debt collection target and reduce the credit exposure to the customer while monitor stock and business sale plan effectively.
- Direct and manage customer expectation to ensure that the business will be long term sustainability and profitability.
- Build strong linkage with all support team to make sure that they are understand the commercial direction that implemented by the Sales Manager.
- Work closely with the TS & GBD team to make sure that we are in the loop of communication and technology information in order to introduce into the market to differentiate ourselves from the competitors.
- Work independently as Technical Sale in future if can proceed run trial with proper experience to understand customer and product knowledge.
- Update information and activity for all assigned and agreed reports on time such as customer visit plan, visit report, sale report and sale forecast, etc.
- Trouble-shooting in matters of documentation, delivery & service
- Understand market direction and update competitor product information/know how to Sale Manager timely.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or related background.
• Computer literacy & Proficient in MS office application
• Minimum 7 years working in Industrial Sales representative; relevant experience in polyurethanes is preferred.
• Good knowledge in the polyurethanes industry or Footwear chemicals industry or Footwear industry or Automotive&Furniture chemicals industry
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, good inter personnel skill relationship. Proficient in written and spoken English
• Able to work independently & capable to plan, organize and implement business plan of the company.
• A mature person with initiative, integrity as well as strong leadership qualities and drive
• Able to work independently, responsible, hard working and able to work under pressure, organize and implement business plan.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Outgoing personally, able to work independently, results orientated.
• Good communication with a wide range
