The Role:
Advise, monitor, coaching and develop sales team, coordinate with facilitate with others concerns department in order to ensure sales team morale, efficiency and company smooth operations

Commercial Strategies
Plan and forecast sales volume, propose price strategies and policy in order to achieve company sales target

Analyze market needs on product/ solution, specification and competitors in order to understand product/ solution potential and feedback to marketing and other department concerned

Budgeting: Propose
Implement and monitor sales budget and action plan in order to achieve company sales target

Order and Sales
Monitor, control sales team and sales activities under responsibilities, support account receivables in order to achieve company’s sales target, margin and expense

Customer Relations
Visit customer, customer relations building, trouble shooting for specific case in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Account Management
Keep relationship with key global and national accounts in order to ensure key account continue using Company's products & solutions
