The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Direct the actual distribution and movement of the client’s products. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.
1. Develop and implement sales strategy that supports the marketing, customer segmentation, and product and business strategies the client.
2. Supervise the implementation of the sales plan, monitor actual costs versus budgets and take appropriate action to correct any deviation from budget or schedules.
3. Implement Sales Excellence and Six Sigma programs within the direct sales representative team in order to ensure sales operations comply with set quality standards.
4. Manage assigned sales team effectively to ensure output, quality of team efforts and smooth sales operations.
5. Monitor sales figure on a monthly basis and conduct quarterly sales analysis to review and adjust tactics accordingly to meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Develop monthly forecast updates for all applicable products and communicate with production and planning team to establish future production plans.
7. Establish and maintain sales and distribution channels.
8. Develop sales campaigns tailored for the client’s existing and potential customers.
9. Seek customer feedback on products, investigate complaints and provide required after sales services to customers accordingly.
10. Manage the relationship between the client and its key customers to ensure that their needs and expectations are accurately met.
11. Ensure all sales strategies and activities adhere to the client’s regulations and ethical code of conduct.
12. Represent the client in promotional events and international industry conventions as needed.
13. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
Managerial Duties:
1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by Division staff.
2. Ensure all tasks and activities are performed in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures.
3. Assess the current skill set of employees and identify the need for development programs.
4. Motivate, coach, develop and support respective employees.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.
