The Company:
One of the Asean region oilrig service provider based in KL with offshore Slickline operations in East Peninsular Malaysia and Borneo.
Business Development dept of our client is looking for a good Sales Manager to promote their product among the painting industry.

The Role:
• Managing yearly sales target for ENECON & Sponge Jet's Equipment and Material
• Monitoring of business plan and marketing plan for ENECON & Sponge Jet products & services
• Responsible to ensure all operations and other supporting team aware about ENECON & Sponge Jet application in term of technical know-how and equipment operations
• Responsible in providing consultation to Company’s valuable customer/client/distributor in term of technical and project deliveries
• To ensure all project/services is carry out in accordance to specific procedure and method defined by technical department during the execution
• Periodically improve the operational systems, processes and policies to support the organizations’ mission specifically in business management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning for ENECON & Sponge Jet products & services
• Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales and organization’s planning efforts
• Responsible for communicating goals and business strategy in the sales and profitability achievement to the Management
• Undertake special assignment, ad- hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience in sales and marketing specializing in painting
• Good understanding in business development and marketing
• Candidate must be proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent presentation skills
• Commercially astute in order to understand the commercial implications
• Customer-focused in order to meet the needs of each customer
