Our Client is a Global Leader in the design and manufacturing of technologies within the Energy management, Security solutions sector. A Fortune 500 Company, they employ over 100,000 people worldwide including over 20,000 Engineering personnel.
The Role:
Responsible for the strategy and execution of the sales plan for Strategic Projects ( Airports, Transportation, Government, Integrated Security) SEA Region
• Responsible for achieving AOP (Annual Operating Plan) numbers for assigned geography.
• Responsible for managing other sales professionals assigned to that geography.
• Leadership and mentoring throughout the organization
• Accurate forecast of orders and growth opportunities
• Manage sales cost and achieve sales productivity goals
-Manage staff and direct a sales team
-Excellent leadership quality
-Responsible for strategizing and execute sales plan accordingly to geography (eg: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam)
-Organization reporting: 2 headcount from Singapore and Malaysia and one matrix reporting from Thailand.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
10+ years of related sales experience in security industry and minimum 3 years in building and managing sales team , managed at least 5 team members or more, sales leader experience for SEA region.
