The Role:
• Direct sales and key account management responsibility to ensure that appropriate value is being extracted from key accounts in the sub territory.
• Liaising with regionals to ensure that appropriate technical resources are being used in pursuit of revenue.
• Ensuring that M&S revenues are maintained and grown commensurate with new software sales.
• Liaising and reporting back to Regional Manager with accurate forecasting and opportunity pipeline management to facilitate business forecast rollup to corporate office.
• Prompt and accurate use of system for customer contact database and opportunity management.
• Formulating a 2 to 3 year sales strategy plan for the pursuit of sales growth in sub-territory of responsibility.
• Ensuring that account plans are in place for each key account in sub-territory of responsibility.
