The Role:
This role requires you to have extensive experience selling in Southeast Asia market.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading TPO/TPV sales globally.
This position is accountable for the topline revenues and growth targets for this product. This includes a key role in establishing specific details of the sales strategy, and responsibility for the implementation of this strategy.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for designing, creating and managing the sales policies and processes needed to run sales activities for the TPO/TPV business. The candidate is responsible for running the business profitably and effectively at an operational level. You will report to the Marketing & Sales Director (Specialty Polymers & Intermediates).
The position requires close internal coordination with the Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Customer Service Departments.
This will require external coordination with customers, distributers, consultants, and stakeholders who have an impact on the business.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, plastics processing, or a related discipline. An MBA is preferred.
Candidates will need to possess a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the TPO/TPV business with at least 5 years in a regional sales responsibility role in Southeast Asia/Asia.
Preference for candidates who can speak Mandarin/Malay
Experience in technical support or application development is an advantage.
