The Company:
an Energy Management Company is seeking a Sales Manager Process Analyzer

The Role:
The Manager, Process Analyzer Business leads a team that is responsible for the go-to-market activities for the product portfolio of Company.
Responsible to deliver results for the overall Process Analyzer business with accountability to increase Sales and develop business into defined verticals (e.g. Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Power) through subordinate staff.
The position reports to the Director of Process Analytics Sales.

Responsibilities:
• Create go-to-market strategies and business plans for the Process Analyzer product portfolio.
• Oversee and direct the execution of business plans and program to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and present results to senior Management
• Manage and direct a team of Process Analyzer resources including Product promoters, Product Managers, and Account Managers to optimize revenues and maximize efficiencies
• Optimize existing and create new sales channels into strategic industry segments and for focused measurement solutions.
• Responsible for opportunity pipeline tracking, development and reporting
• Manage Cost center and participation in industry events, trade shows.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 6 – 10 Years experience in Managerial
• Must have negotitation skill
• English is a must
• Must have strong networking
• Having Electrical Engineering & Chemical Engineering Preferable

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
only candidates with the rights to work in Indonesia will be considered
