The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role
- Provide forecasts for current and future model volumes using both car industry, economic and social trends.
- Identify areas of risk and opportunity within existing company sales plans and influence change.
- Ensure new vehicle market entry plans are aligned with regional schedules, the project plan and the operating plan.
- Provide timely and accurate reports.

Scope of the Role
- Develop volume scenarios to support future model planning ensuring Product Day, PSK and Project Gateway requirements are met.
- Create sales forecasts in support of the Planning Round cycle, evaluating the impact of plan changes to company financial performance in conjunction with finance.
- Manage and consolidate Market Regional input as appropriate into the planning process.
- Identify risks and opportunities and recommend plan changes to optimise revenue through ongoing scenario planning.
- Agree production requirements with the Head of Sales Operations.
- Develop forecasting and market reporting tools on an ongoing basis.
- Manage and deliver long range volume reports.
- Maintain long-range volume updates into Group systems and support Group strategic volume planning.

Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Education to degree level.
- German language would be an advantage.
- Able to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Regional Offices and other departments.
- Highly numerate with rigorous attention to detail.
- Able to present sometimes complex information at Boards level.
- Experience within planning or financial environment would be an advantage.
