Our client is a large Owner/Operator with their Canadian operations based out of Calgary, AB. They are one Canadas largest integrated oil companies focusing on the exploration and production of oil, natural gas and sulphur. Their projects are located throughout Canada focusing on the Oil Sands, as well as Natural Gas extraction throughout Alberta and BC.

The Role:
As a Trainer / Coach your responsibilities will be:
• This position provides a site resource for SAP/MIE training, competency assessment and coaching. Therefore this role is key to the MIE process health, training & competency assurance of the maintenance team and Support team for maintenance.
• Intervene and coach any identified deficiencies as identified by the process health checks, the MIE KPI’s and/or the maintenance analysts. This role is one of the key drivers for sustainability and process improvement of the MIE critical process.
• This role is the SME Subject matter expert for SAP and Blade 10/12 maintenance training and competency.
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external to the site.
• Analysing of data to drive improvements.
• Promoting a process and performance driven culture through knowledge and competency of MIE ( Maintenance Integrity and execution) processes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
As a Trainer / Coach you will have experience with:
• SAP Blueprint Super user
• Primavera
• Training and Coaching course
• Blade 10/12 Process Competency
• Excel advanced
• PB7
• i.e. OSSA Regional Orientation, CSTS, D&A Test, etc.
• Support monthly and yearly Audits and Health checks.
• Good computer skill set -Microsoft and project software.
• Self-starter able to take on task with little direction.
• Able to own initiative to completion.
• 5 years Working in the oil and gas industry.
• 5 years Field level experience is an asset.
• 5 years Planning and Scheduling
