Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
Job Title: User Administrator

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently to support all Company ITIM(IBM Tivoli Identity Manager)/GPID (Group Personal IDentifier) maintenance. ITIM is a system that enables the setup of user accounts, and the GPID functions in tandem as a unique identifier for the system.

The User Administrator will coordinate with the vendors and all Company departments as the single point of contact for ITIM access for Backbone users. The User Administrator will monitor user management Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for compliance and escalate exceptions to the Segment Team.

This position will coordinate the New Hire process for all Company Contractors including ITIM/GPID setup, Backbone Security role requests, GT One Security Role requests and additional setup by the Central ITIM team. This position will research and facilitate the resolution of Backbone and GT One access issues, as appropriate. This position will monitor the interface results from ITIM to GT One and research all errors as required.

In addition, this position will input all terminations into the ITIM for GT One and Backbone users and in the GT One system. This position will work with team members to support and provide user provisioning metrics in support of continuous improvement. In addition to user administration, can recommend improvements for Regional implementation and the overall Backbone Solution.

Key Accountabilities:
• Execute, manage and monitor requests to add, change, delete user access
• Monitor user management SLAs
• Manage leaver/joiner process
• Perform role mapping for future backbone releases
• Support User administration activities and process improvements
• Provide Labor Team Leader with Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to network effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders, and influence through persuasion, not delegation
• Willingness to learn and good problem solving skills
• Experience with SAP
• Good communications skills
• A self-starter able to make decisions and progress initiatives independently
• Must be detail oriented
• Effective organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and locate necessary items easily
• Strong computer skills in all Microsoft applications and an aptitude to learn database and systems quickly

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Desirable Criteria and Qualifications:
• Experience with ITIM and/or Maximo preferred
• Experience in supporting integrated solutions including standard process and data
• Experience in user provisioning and user training programs
• Ability to generate and communicate Metrics and KPIs
