The Company:
A global super major oil and gas company.

The Role:
A new exciting role has become available to work with a huge global company in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

KEY ROLES:
• To ensure SAP data integrity is maintained at all times. Validate all updates request with TA2s and ensure timely update in SAP
• Ensure vendor data and contract data is up to date
• Performs physical and livelink record management
• Ensure distribution of latest copy of P&IDs, Isometric, Inspection reports, Vendor Manuals etc and maintains up to-date distribution list
• Update material catalogue as requested
• Ensure master copy documents are controlled and all obsolete documents are removed from circulation. Need to maintain an up to-date tracking registry for all critical documents.
• Performs reporting as requested by supervisor and other business related tasks
• Ensure business ethics are maintained to the highest level and ensure compliance with the Shell Group Statement of General Business Principles
• Assist end user in SAP usage and training.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Work closely with Field team (Iraq based) and Dubai based team to ensure timely update in SAP for operational assets.
• Report and take corrective measures on SAP data quality e.g. notification and work orders
• Comply with Majnoon SAP Blueprint processes, policies and procedures.
• Supports and promote MIE process.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience as SAP super user in PM and MM modules
• Experience working in maintenance team with at least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in the in the oil & gas industry.
• Preferably holding a degree or HNC equivalent professional qualification in Engineering. However extensive relevant experience would be acceptable.
