The Company:
Our Client has operations in the world’s most important oil and gas regions and are leaders in working in extremely difficult environments. They have interests in many offshore producing fields in the UK, including five operated fields and five partner-operated fields. The company also has interests in Denmark, the Faroe Islands, the Netherlands and Norway. The client is the largest private producer of oil in Kazakhstan and the top O&G producer in Thailand.

The Role:
Responsibilities and day to day duties:

1. Processing PMCR change requests, this involves making complex changes within SAP – ie creating task lists/maintenance items/ creating plans and scheduling them accordingly with alignment of available man hours.
2. Dynamic scheduling of plans etc
3. Processing non compliant forms/risk assessments
4. Processing ex updates
5. Creating equipment and function locations in SAP
6. Maintaining asset register
7. Ensuring data integrity of SAP


Ad-hoc duties

1. Running look aheads for engineers/maintenance team
2. Updating/cleaning up SAP
3. Implementing performance standards into SAP- splitting plans/ creating new maint items/task lists/plans etc
4. Implementing ad-hoc strategy changes into SAP
5. Assisting in data management audits
6. Supporting fabric maintenance team and integrity team with various SAP queries
7. Processing all PSV work orders and chasing platform for COI forms and liaising with score to align register/SAP, creating a electronic register of all PSVS
8. Do analysis of actual hours to estimates in SAP
9. Quarterly KPI industry reporting for integrity manager
10. Carry out reviews with discipline engineers/ offshore to review backlog
11. Training offshore/onshore with various SAP queries
12. Extraction of inspection data from SAP and reporting to integrity team
13. RE-Aligning TAR work scopes to TAR
14.Populates SAP files resulting from changes or new project work
15.Maintains Planned Maintenance Routine data files
16.Provides function support on the application of the SAP PM Module
17.Liaison with onshore/offshore personnel regarding queries in SAP.
18.Filing work orders and general admin
