The Role:
• Responsible for analysing AS-IS SAP QM configuration and the interfaces with other SAP modules, including MM/PM
• Responsible for developing TO-BE configuration of QM for the TO-BE Business Processes, providing feedback on limitation of SAP and best practice processes of QM
• Participating in developing a Project Plan for FEL phases of the QM project
• Participate in documenting necessary SAP changes, including documenting all necessary SAP Change Requests as per the approved TO-Be processes.
• Provide communication through MM and QM Project and IT department.
• Participate in developing a full plan and scope for review, approval and resourcing of implementing the final design.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• They require experience in deploying the Quality Management Module in SAP within an Oil and Gas Company. They should have a good level of Oil and Gas experience to be able to adapt Business Processes to SAP requirements. Individual should have a good basic knowledge of other SAP modules, most importantly MM, to be able to identify and challenge changes to established processes in SAP during project.
• They should have an attention to detail and the ability to conform to procedures. The individual should feel confident in raising new ideas and take accountability for achieving individual results. They must be able to work well in a team and be responsible to work without supervision if required. Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise work and consistently meet deadlines are required. The role offers a wide variety of tasks and the incumbent must be organized, flexible and resilient to deal with multiple requests for support and prioritise appropriately.
