The Role:
Primary Functions:

• Assistance to Cost Engineers in managing SAP\EPMS cost information to produce accurate VOWD and projects forecasts.
• Other Procurement Support (Requisition & PO Processing) - Training of CP Procurement personnel in the use of the Procurement systems, Records Management.
• Prepare & Maintain Contract Data in SAP (Supply Data Management) - Data Upload into SAP - Creation of Outline Agreements, Creation of reports out of SAP and BW (EPMS).
• Manage Master Data (Supply Data Management) - Work with Business & Technical Reps to identify additional matl/svce to be added to contracts.
• Reporting - Provide information for reports to the project partner reports and PD monthly report.
• Implement project documentation and data preservation routines.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Critical Skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge and skills of established business software applications particularly with respect to SAP.
• Knowledge of commercial frameworks
• Strong communications and networking skills
• Good influencing, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Systems skills: - SAP, EPMS, MS Office.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Preferred Requirements

• Procurement or Finance background (5-10 years) with a proven track record of working within a major, preferably Oil and Gas, corporation Excellent SAP knowledge
• Good knowledge of key capital project management processes.
• Enthusiastic with a questioning and challenging attitude.
• Ability to work with and for multiple customers.
• Effective communicator - good presentation and interpersonal
