The Role:
• Understand and drive quality implementation of OE blade 10 and 12 as a key enabler for offshore safety performance.
• Understand, comply with and promote the 12 Life Saving Rules, intervening with non compliance.
• Effective maintenance of Performance through HS&E and STOP program.
• Achieve safety standards as defined in personal performance contract.
• Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personal and team performance.
• Carry out work in accordance with UK and the applicable ISC’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems.
• Proactive and visible HSE behaviours at all times.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety through language, behaviour and actions.
• Demonstrate recognition and responsibility for the safety of colleagues and others onshore and offshore.
• Promote and encourage team safety performance through all aspect of the change management.
• Be part of a team of coaches providing Continuous Improvement support into the asset’s Maintenance delivery processes, on and offshore.
• Maintain communication with Asset leadership to ensure continued sponsorship. This will require significant change management- and influencing skills.
• Manage and deliver a programme of ME reviews aligned with the Global MIE programme.
• Ensure all teams (e.g. Shutdown team and Wells) who impact maintenance are included and aligned ensuring optimal working practices.
• Drive ownership of improvement practices into the asset to ensure long term sustainability of CI behaviours, including development of Asset Continual Improvement plans.
• Implement the ME Competency Framework and integrate with ISC systems.
• Lead the preparation and updating of MIE Related training programmes and material.
• Delivery of training in the key programme elements of Maintenance Work Package Preparation, Weekly Maintenance Schedule Building in SAP and Primavera, Maintenance Prioritisation, structured use of SAP, and effective use of Maintenance Dashboard to drive improvement. Competencies

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in a maintenance role.
• IT literate, Skilled with SAP PM and BW.
• Skilled level in Auditing, able to coach others in auditing.
• Fully aware of OE and Blade 10 and 12.
• Proven influencing and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training.
• Skilled in Change Management.
• Good communicator/above average interpersonal skills.
• Conform to the agreed values and behaviours.
