The Role:
Basic Purpose of Job:

The position forms part of the Maintenance and Reliability Team which is an integral part of the wider Operations Department. The primary function of this role is to manage and control master data that relates to the SAP Plant Maintenance Module in accordance with prescribed company processes and procedures.

Main Duties:

o Create change and delete the following SAP Plant Maintenance master data objects in accordance with company procedures:
Functional Location data records
Equipment data records
Maintenance plans and items
Maintenance Task Lists
Equipment Bills of material
Work Centres
SAP Document Records
SAP standard text documents
SAP classification system
o Assess the implications of any requested change and agrees practical solutions with Maintenance Support Engineers, Technical Authorities and Offshore personnel to meet business requirements
o Focal Point for maintenance data changes resulting from Engineering Project work Scopes
o Utilises engineering drawings to maintain and modify master data asset register
o Creates spread sheets to manipulate data for bulk upload into SAP
o Provides day to day support to Maintenance Engineers in relation to SAP planned maintenance routines

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education & Qualifications:
o OND/HNC or offset with suitable experience
o Conform to the agreed Partner core Values and behaviours
o Appreciation of commercial as well as technical issues
o Relevant industry experience in an SAP Master Data Maintenance role

Specific Training / Specialist Skills:
• Excellent understanding of SAP CMMS in relation to Maintenance Management
• Proficient with the MS office suite of applications
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload in the face of competing user demands

Experience:
o Knowledge of SAP R3 maintenance management system is essential
o Computer and software applications knowledge is essential

o Good Oral and written communication skills
o Able to work as part of an integrated team
