The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for a SAP Security Officer to maintain user access and assigning role permissions ensuring audit and segregation of duty controls are maintained in the company’s SAP system. This is a 3 year maximum term employee position based in Perth.

The position is responsible for the administration of user access across all SAP applications, including ERP, BW, BO, IdM, GRC and CRM. Key duties include:
• Ensure procedures and policies are adhered
• Seek all necessary approvals before the assignment of any access
• Ensure documentation is recorded to comply with internal and external audit of access controls
• Provide user administration support in all SAP systems and by daily processing of user requests and account maintenance
• Address security incidents in a timely and accurate manner by monitoring and assigning support tickets related to security and user administration
• Identify potential Separation of Duty issues before assigning roles to users by using SAP GRC
• Ensure relevant approvals are sought before any access is assigned
• Store all evidence and approval documentation
• Administer user access and provisioning, using SAP IdM
• Monitor the error management logs in SAP IdM and liaise support service providers to resolve issues
• Assist where necessary with the reviewing and maintaining the new user creation process, as well as position changes, in conjunction with the HR personnel
• Administer GRC configuration, rule sets, workflows and approvers for user provisioning, emergency access and access recertification
• Assist with the creation of SAP Security roles, profiles, authorisations and user masters
• Administer Privileged Access requests

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be successful, you will have the following skills and experience:
• 5 years’ experience in a systems or project environment from a diverse background
• 3-5 years of SAP ERP 6 modules with an understanding of FI, JVA, HR, MM, PM and other modules
• 3-5 years of experience with other SAP Applications; BW, IdM, GRC, Solution Manager (Highly regarded)
• Principle knowledge of SAP Security Fundamentals and technologies e.g. authorisations, objects, transactions, SAP IdM, SAP GRC tools and high level processes.
• Competent knowledge of the software lifecycle including HP ALM.
