The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is currently seeking a SAP Solution Architect (Human Capital Management - HCM) to join the Enterprise IT Portfolio. This person will play a vital role in identifying the requirements for implementing the SAP capability necessary to support the Human Resource area of the business as well as the wider cross business Workforce Management functions and lead the associated SAP work to deliver the capability.

Your primary responsibilities are but not limited to:
• Working with the IM&T Programme Management Office to comply with the project delivery methodology and to ensure SAP project budgets, milestones and deliverables are met
• Developing strategies and plans for use of SAP HCM solutions and tools to support the execution of SAP Programme initiatives
• Develop business specific SAP HCM initiatives architecture and roadmaps
• Assist enterprise architecture in the development of integrated and related architectures
• Provide support to the Programme Leads and SAP Services Lead in managing the SAP Implementation roadmap and project plans.
• Work proactively and positively with the wider business SAP delivery team to achieve a best practice SAP solution for the business.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Human resource related degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Relevant experience within Project Management
• SAP HCM training certificates from relevant courses and relevant experiences.
• Detailed knowledge of work processes on large enterprise projects specifically related to the resource industry
• Extensive technical knowledge of the SAP HCM suite of applications
• Experience in developing integrated SAP solutions and applying it in managing a number of SAP projects.
• Current hands-on experience across SAP’s primary product solutions: ERP, Portal, BW, and Solution Manager
• Minimum of 10 years hands-on detailed business experience with Human Resource processes, within the oil and gas/resources industry.
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in the design, testing, and successful implementation of SAP Applications, especially in the area of Human Capital Management.
• High level of understanding of the integration points within the SAP Finance, HCM, Maintenance, Log
