The Company:
A leading Australian coal seam gas explorer and producer focused on developing its world-class reserves for domestic and international supply.

The Role:
Fircroft have been asked to source a SAP Systems Administrator to complete a three months to ongoing contract with a Coal Seam Gas project owner.

• Work directly for a CSG project owner
• Attractive Brisbane CBD location
• Excellent daily rate available

The SAP Systems Administrator will provide SAP system support, troubleshooting and advice to Contract & Procurement end users.

Generally, you will act as the Contract & Procurement SAP system network link between other Business functions (eg finance and HR), System Projects and Contract & Procurement colleagues.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the interfaces of SAP and other Contract & Procurement related systems to ensure efficient process flows and data alignment
• Maintain SAP system data integrity or accuracy from a Contract & Procurement perspective
• Provide advice and reports to management on system usage and compliance
• Provide system spend reports and data profiling for management and category management support
• Facilitate the adding, removing and updating of user account information

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Significant experience in supporting SAP MM module (Procure-to-Pay)
• Record of achievement using SAP purchasing functionality (outline agreements)
• Solid knowledge of SAP Inventory Management Module

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience working on LNG projects
