The Role:
NOTE: This position is for Kazakhstan Nationals only
Location: Eskene West
Rotation: 28x28

To provide expertise and coordinate Scaffolding contractors to support Operation and Maintenance activities on field to minimising downtime, in a safe manner.

•Have an understanding of the Company Safety Policy and carry out work in accordance with its requirements;
•Completion of work following of MIE process, transfer knowledge of MIE process to less experience staff;
•Have a knowledge of the appropriate International Standards, codes of practice, and statutory requirements affecting all aspects of tasks undertaken;
•Keep updated with all new Standards, codes of practice and changes in legislation as appropriate to work;
•During the preparation of a design, assess the risks to the health and safety of employees and other persons who may be affected during construction, maintenance, modification and dismantling of the scaffolding structure;
•Ensure that designs incorporate any necessary safety features and include adequate information regarding the health and safety of erectors or other persons who may be affected;
•Prepare and issue all scaffold designs in accordance with the Company Procedures.
•Where necessary, advise Managers and supervisory staff on safe systems of work or safe methods of erection, etc;
•Instruct and advise members/contractors of staff and the workforce on any technical aspects of the work where required;
•Taking care on Company’s tools, and equipment entrusted to him for his job;
•Set a good personal example at all times

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Appropriate education from a certified Technical School, College or University OR other appropriate life Skills to offset Education requirements
•Minimum 3 years experience in Oil and Gas
-knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance techniques management
-qualification to operate in presence of toxic substances and H2S
-knowledge of local and international codes and regulations regarding plant operation activities
-knowledge of specific equipment including testing documentation, related operational limits and maintenance
•Experience at managing safety within area of responsibility
•SAP knowledge and experience
•Previous experience in Caspian Area would be an advantage
