The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
Site Scheduler I
Location: Alaska – North Slope


Job Competencies:
In addition to the qualifications the successful candidate is likely to be able to:
• Coordinate and develop appropriate internal and external schedule benchmarks
• Prepare and implement project-wide work breakdown structure (WBS)
• Ensure the preparation and development of appropriate detail schedules
• Ensure the preparation and develop the execution schedule
• Develop and issue various reports to appropriate stakeholders

If you are selected for the position, your employment will be contingent upon submission to and successful completion of a post-offer/pre-placement drug and alcohol screening as well as pre-placement verification of the information and qualifications provided during the selection process.
Schedule: Rotational 1, 2, or 3 weeks.
Position Transition: This position will eventually transition to an Anchorage based position.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of a Site Scheduler I applicants must have:
• Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer.
• Good communication skills
• A minimum of three years of experience working in a scheduling, planning, or equivalent maintenance role.
• Experience working with outside contractors.
• Strong skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with a scheduling tool
• A minimum of intermediate computer skills
• The willingness and ability to work a rotational schedule in an arctic environment, or Anchorage based location including:
o Independently lift and carry supplies weighing upwards of 50 lbs on an occasional basis and upwards of 30 lbs on a frequent basis
o Independently transition to and from the ground without the aid of a stationary object for support and sustain prolonged periods of standing and walking on hard surfaces as well as steel grating, snow, ice, mud, grave

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:

• Oil and gas industry experience.
• Construction project experience.
• Primavera P6 experience
• Demonstrate the ability to foster effective teamwork and collaboration
• Demonstrate integration of diverse perspectives
• Identify opportunities for reducing complexity
• Demonstrate ability for continuous improvement
• Demonstrate ability to support delivery of competitive benchmarks
• Demonstrate capability through continual learning
• Back fill for other Site Schedulers when needed
• Willingness to be coached / mentored
