The Role:
Create, control and monitor project schedule.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
< Primary Tasks and Responsibilities >
Create / Develop project overall schedule.
1. Create WBS by subdividing the major project deliverables and project work into smaller, more manageable components.
2. Identify the specific schedule activities that need to be performed to produce the various project deliverables.
3. Identify and document dependencies among schedule activities.
4. Estimate the type and quantities of resources required to perform each schedule activity.
5. Estimate the number of work periods needed to complete individual schedule activities.
6. Analyze activity sequences, durations, resource requirements, and schedule constraints to create the project schedule.
7. Control the schedule by applying the progress and changes to the project schedule.
8. Prepare reports.

< Experience >
1. Experience of more than 10 years scheduling of international/domestic power plant projects / similar type of process plant.
2. Prefer to have experience in mega projects.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
< Education >
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; desired but not required

< Secondary Task >
Strengthen Power business competency
1. Recruit the core personnel from advanced power companies with his/her global power business influence.

< Skills & Capability >
1. Broad Understanding of overall power business value chain.(EPC/IPP/Utilities)
2. Competence in negotiation skill, presentation skill.
3. Competence in project schedule control, Primavera P6
4. Ability to work successfully with other disciplines, management, contractors and vendors in a functional support and team role.
5. In depth knowledge of global service providers and manufacturers that support the engineering and construction industry and the clients of the company.
6. Effective interpersonal and communications skills, particularly the ability to communicate technical expertise and lead multi-discipline teams.
