The Role:
The Integrity Scheduler reports to the Activity Planning Functional Planning Team Lead and is responsible for building and managing the Integrity Functional schedule. This includes non-intrusive inspections, structural inspections and fabric maintenance.

Key accountabilities are to generate high quality, deliverable functional 8Q, 12 & 6-week schedules ready for integration into the Area schedule.


Deliver optimized Functional 8Q, 12 & 6-week Schedules that are ready for integration across areas and impacted functions:

1. Liaise with Functional SPAs to understand required activities
2. Create and optimise Level 1, 2 and 3 activities in Primavera to detail all functional activities
3. Ensure that the Function 8Q, 12 & 6-week Schedules are fully populated with all CAP activities and are deliverable within functional and area constraints
4. Ensure sufficient buffers between activities and allowances for emergent work
5. Ensure that all functional CAP activities have been checked against 8Q, 12 & 6-week gate readiness criteria
6. Record gate readiness status for all activities in Primavera
7. Communicate the agreed 8Q, 12 & 6-wk Integrity schedule within the function and to all stakeholders
8. Complete scheduling of non-intrusive & structural inspection and fabric maintenance activities based on resource availability and production constraints
9. Conduct regular reviews to ensure validity/accuracy of planned inspection and fabric maintenance resource profile including integration of emergent activities into the schedule

Capture 20Q functional demand

1. Ensure 20Q functional schedule is fully populated with all inspection activities (including intrusive inspections)
2. Support handover of intrusive inspection requirements to Maintenance Execution team at 8Q timeframe

Facilitate functional scheduling meetings

1. Facilitate Integrity functional scheduling meetings
2. Issue Integrity schedule as pre-read ahead of functional scheduling meeting
3. Ensure that changes suggested at functional scheduling meeting are communicated to the area scheduler and meeting attendees

Support the identification and resolution of delivery risks, resource conflicts, emergent work and schedule waivers

1. Identify activities that bring risk to delivery of Integrity schedule
2. Identify activities at risk of not being completed in advance of TCD
3. Identify and drive resolution of functional resource conflicts
4. Manage the inclusion of approved emergent work into the Functional Schedule
5. Support 8Q, 12 & 6-week AP Gatekeepers in assessing schedule waivers

Drive functional execution efficiency

1. Highlight slippage in the schedule and propose actions to recover
2. Review Schedule performance with APFTL, Functional Manager and others
3. Support improvements in functional scheduling performance
4. First point of contact for SPAs to address issues relating to scheduling and AP tools

Contractor integration

1. Liaise with contractor planning teams to ensure alignment of BP and Contractor Plans and Schedules
2. Ensure that Contractor Schedules are accurately reflected in Primavera
