The Company:
Water Treatment company serving the Oil and Gas industry located outside of Chicago, IL

The Role:
Duties for this position include (but are not limited to):
• Generate detailed project schedules based on contractual projects duration.
• Maintain schedule for each project and monitor progress.
• Identify the impact of changes on the current schedule versus original (baseline) schedule.
• Evaluate actual construction/project progress and provide regular schedule updates.
• Provide support as needed on the content and presentation of the project schedule including critical path analysis.
• Keep record of all schedule modifications. Evaluate and incorporate subcontractor/sub-suppliers schedules in Project’s Master Schedules.
• Prepare reports and input into the project monthly reports.
• Coordinate with document control personnel to assure the proper issue dates of project deliverables in accordance with the appropriate project schedule.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree with five or more years of relevant experience with construction of chemical processing projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills are required.
• The ability to multi-task is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as experience with computer scheduling programs such as Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 software is an essential skill for the candidate.
