The Company:
Our client is a leading global operator and to assist in an uplift in project work we are now looking to appoint a Scheduler - with experience in SAP Implementation. The position will be based in Doha and involve an initial 6 months in Doha and then a 28/28 rotation offshore on a long term basis.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following activities and responsibilities:

• Participate in the validation and development of detailed training design, including the creation of course objectives, content
• Develop and test all training related to SAP and related business processes
• Taining Delivery
• Design, Develop and Assist with Conducting end-to-end training to the Enhanced Users in the departments using SAP
• Focal point and driver of local implementation of Change Requests (CRs) and new developments
• Proactive management and follow up of all open incidents and root cause analysis.
• Actively participate in the Global Super User network.
• Ensure that process safety is observed and prioritized in critical processes and mapping of such.
• Risk management is carried out and mitigation plans are in place.
• Establish and manage relations to external consultants and vendors within area of responsibility.
• General responsibilities:
• Gain detailed knowledge and understanding of operations work flow (blueprinting).
• Identify and understand operation priorities for operations work flow.
• Identifying relevant GAPs between blueprint and suggested SAP solutions.
• Via close corporation with offshore and onshore operations supervisors / managers / SAP users ensure priorities are incorporated into SAP MOUSE solutions.
• Any relevant GAPs to be discussed and aligned with operations expectations.
• Ensure sufficient and timely information’s to and involvement of operations personnel.
• Assist SAP team whenever relevant

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
We are therefore looking to receive application from candidate with the following skills and experience:

• Educated to B.Sc. or BA or similar
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Practical experience within offshore maintenance at supervisory / managerial level – with a clear understanding of offshore job flow and execution.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP in General and related processes.
• Good knowledge of the department Business Processes is an advantage.
• Familiar with Navision/MP5 as well as other relevant systems within the respective business area is an advantage.
• Previous experience and desire to create training material and delivering comprehensive and well-communicated training
