The Company:
Our Client, a leading JV combining two of the world's major Oil Companies sits at the very heart of Saudi Arabia’s petrochemical industry producing a wide range of products using the latest cutting edge technologies

The Role:
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide and use input from Trading & Supply and various Refinery groups to develop, optimize and execute an evolving and robust schedule through converting the Monthly Operating Plan into optimized product schedules that meet blending quality requirements while minimizing quality giveaway, stock outs and demurrage costs


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support and/or leads the process for calculating and consolidating production volume and inventory data for crude, feedstock and/or finished products
Ensure that the day-to-day orders and instructions to Production are prepared accurately, on time and consistent with the agreed plan
Perform the daily task of quantifying and analysing discrepancies between the plan, schedules and actual performance. Analyse and communicates results to the responsible parties to take necessary corrective actions
Coordinate and implements corrective actions to mitigate impact of unplanned disruptions
Ensure that the global standards and tools around Refinery Planning and Scheduling are used
Support the margin variance analysis process by recording and reporting all deviations from the plan including impact on an ongoing basis and reporting regularly
Support the monthly operating plan process through timely communication of operational and logistical changes/issues that may have impact on Production or Supply

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
2 years of Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
