The Role:
Job Description: • Coordinates and performs a range of support activities for the BSM SCM Team. • Serves as a liaison with other teams in the resolution of day-to-day administrative problems. • Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and other similar activities. • Prepares or assists with the preparation of reports; performs basic information gathering, analysis and reporting. • Establishes, maintains, and updates files, databases, records, and/or other documents; develops and maintains contracting related data/files. • Assists in preparing and filling out components for low risk/value contracts using approved contract models. • Gathers required documentation needed for supplier qualification and updates SQ database. • Supports supplier qualification efforts. • Monitors key contract compliance requirements. • Supports contract status meetings. • Assists in post award contract administration activities including tracking contractor insurance and verification, performance bonds, letters of credit and parent guarantees. • Enters data into eProcurement systems and generates spend reports. • Reviews correspondence from contractors and ensures that replies are prepared when necessary. • Obtains guarantees, insurance certificates etc. as required from contractors and forwards to Contracts Advisors for further handling. • Raises Contract Supplements / Extensions / Change Orders for approval by Company Representatives and obtains contractor signatures. • Any additional support, as required by the BSM SCM Team.
Education: • 4 year undergraduate university degree in Supply Chain, or Business Management required.
Experience: 3-5 years of directly related experience
Preferred Skills: SharePoint, eProcurement/Ariba
