The Role:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Development and implementation of new SCM projects and initiatives

Primary initial focus is to manage the design, build, and deployment of the Logistics Decision Support Solution (LDSS), iLogistics, in each Asia South Business Unit (ASBU) Profit Center (PC). i.e. Thailand, China (3 locations), Cambodia, Vietnam, Bangladesh.
- Ensure a project team is in place.
- Lead the development of the project plan.
- Lead and manage project team.
- Ensure project resources are allocated to achieve project deliverables.
- Lead, ensure and manage project timeline and deliverables are achieved.
- Develop CPDEP required documentation
- Contribute to the required activities to execute the project
- Oversight of service provider (IBS) consultants
- Establish and manage local DRB
- Align the project execution plan with the UWT LDSS initiatives
- Budget Management:
o Ensure project funding is in place in each PC
o Manage costs to ensure project is delivered on budget.

Process Management
- Facilitate process mapping
- Facilitate process governance across SBU
- Develop and analyze performance metrics to identify process improvement
- Manage the planning and execution of process tools and systems

Internal/External Interface and Communication
- Manage stakeholder support and alignment
- Participation on the UWT LDSS team
- Interface with IT to ensure business requirements and technical requirements are aligned
- Interface with PC and functional SMEs to establish and document standard iLogistics technical and business requirements.
- Participate in CoP
- Interface with service provider (IBS) representatives

Organizational Capability
Lead the development of short-term and long-term iLogistics organizational capability in each PC

- Change Management
- PC Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Experience 7 years or more in Logistic and Project Management
- Strong problem solving capabilities, customer focus, teamwork and a high-level of initiative are critical.
- Excellent communication skills are important to manage cross functional stakeholders.
- Candidate should have strong leadership skills and be capable of developing collaborative relationships in order to execute
- Position requires a general knowledge of project management fundamentals and Chevron CPDEP process
- Familiarity with project planning and execution practices is required
- General understanding of logistical operations
