The Company:
Our client is the largest gas producer in the Netherlands, with annual production of around 50 billion m³. 70 % of gas (37 billion m³) comes from the Groningen field and the rest from various smaller fields elsewhere on the mainland and in the North Sea (15 billion m³).

The Role:
The M&R Scope Delivery Engineer (SDE) is responsible for the provision of scope delivery services to enable the timely conceptualization, budgeting and execution of all Maintenance & Reliability scope within the Asset.
The SDE will be assigned the Extra Ordinary Maintenance scope. This scope includes execution via the Asset ISC. The Scope Delivery Engineer EOMs within the Asset Maintenance & Reliability team looks after all (surface) production and treatment facilities of Asset , including pipelines and excluding wells. Main activities include: • Contractual Compliance & Governance - Maintain effective communication with other contract users incl. Projects and Operations - Participate in deployment of management systems and processes in line with the Corporate Management System a/o including appropriate procedures for change control and quality assurance
Responsible for the use of agreed procedures to mature, estimate; handover and execute the Maintenance & Reliability activities • Commercial Management
Responsible for the EOM Budget. • Performance Management
Responsible for the QA on all executed EOM.
Responsible that progress is visible for all EOM scope within the delivery process. This includes provision of scope documentation from Discipline Engineering as well as activities performed by the Integrated Service Contractor. • Provide insight with respect to data for set Performance Indicators • Activity Management - Ensure the execution of EOM scope. This includes Cost & Planning - Responsible for timely and qualitative input for Maintenance Reference Plan, Business plan, Integrated Activity Planning (medium and long term), etc. for Extra Ordinary Maintenance. - Responsible for the preparation of a set of WORK ORDERs to timely deliver the EOM year scope to the Integrated Service Contractor. • Key challenges of the position are: - Operating in an integrated ISC organization with strong emphasis on partnering, carefully balancing trust and control - Commercial mindset required within the partnering environment - Driving continuous ISC performance improvement in HSE, cost, delivery and other key business areas - Aligning diverse group of contract users and interfacing with stakeholders in the Groningen asset and in the M&R and Projects function - Exposure to all aspects of managing maintenance, minor projects

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Proficient years of Oil & Gas industry experience incl. proven track record in Projects or M&R environment
WO or HBO technical
Knowledge of contracting
Communications – good liaison, written and verbal communication skills
Team player
Multidisciplinary thinking and doing
