The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
"The position is a scrum leader responsible for the day to day coordination and logistics of the project tasks, supporting the VeD team members: - Provides support to the PAT leader and Lead Tuner for tasks including spare part planning and ordering, test trip coordination etc. - Working with the PAT leader runs the Sprint planning ensuring the day to day tasks and backlog are planned into Sprints and that contributors have bought into Sprint tasks and timing - Runs daily scrum meetings with brief and focused inputs on the delivery of the Sprint tasks and takes responsibility for clearing the blockers offline - Compiles the Agile data for Sprint tasks, backlogs and burndown charts - Provides the logistical support to unblock issues preventing tasks including liaising with other departments, expediting parts etc."

1. Skills & knowledge in automotive development. Be able to demonstrate experience in logistics and planning.
2. Management of projects, excellent communication and team involvement
3. Good knowledge of vehicle testing and development

Experience Required: Candidate should have experience in vehicle testing , planning, logistics, purchase systems. Be focused, driven, agile and flexible to ensure full attention to detail, robust strategic planning and timely delivery

Experience Preferred: Hands on experience of vehicle testing for vehicle dynamics or motorsport teams
