The Company:
A Norwegian subsea company headquartered in Stavanger.

The Role:
■Be responsible for providing both projects and tenders supports of seabed intervention aspects, such as soil data interpretation, trenching, rock installation and removal.
■Take on package engineering responsibilities ensuring that deliverables from sub-contractors are delivered according to requirements. Ensure a high focus on HSE, quality, schedule and cost in the management of the package.
■Provide support where required in tendering. Take on tendering packages and ensure all deliverables are provided to the quality required and within schedule. Actively work with other disciplines to ensure that the tender team delivers the tender on schedule and at the quality required.
■Ensure consistent, efficient and high quality engineering driving safety and overall performance
■Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure good communication and compliance to responsibilities
■Ensure all work is performed according to schedule
■Produce required engineering & design documentation
■Be involved into establishing a new group in engineering department, which will be responsible for geotechnical and seabed intervention engineering support amongst other requirements.
■Provide technical support on geotechnical aspects of SURF engineering processes including trenching, rock installation and removal.
■Be involved in interface with and follow up trenching, rockdumping, dredging suppliers and geotechnical engineering sub contractors.
■Participate in installation engineering for various subsea products
■Undertake site visits and offshore trips as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
■Relevant engineering degree
■Must have relevant experience from the oil & gas/maritime industry typically within the following:
Subsea Installation Co-ordination, organisation and liaison skills.
Clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of principle discipline and peripheral subjects.
