The Company:
Privately-owned international drilling, well service and engineering company.

The Role:
- Administration:
o Entering and following up agreements related to administration and buildings
o Order of office supplies and printed matters
o Distribution of post and faxes
o Assist in preparation of presentations and tenders
o Training of new employees in communicator, outlook, present and videoconference
o Archive organizing
o Writing of purchase orders in Agresso for the department
- Accounting and invoicing:
o Prepare accounts for monthly reporting
o Follow-up of accounts payable and account receivables
o Invoicing and completeness check
o Income accruals
o Balance Sheet reconciliation
o Filing and bookkeeping
o Follow up documentation on new equipment
o Filing
o Follow up inspection certification reports from sub suppliers
o Follow up equipment that needs to be repaired
o Prepare purchase orders to sub suppliers when repair is needed
o Check documentation of equipment when they are to be dispatched
o Follow up manuals on handling equipment
o Return and dispatch of equipment in Maisy
o Prepare lift certificates when equipment are to be dispatched
o Register and update maintenance data in Maisy
o Prepare delivery notes and Proforma invoices for transport of the goods
o Prepare all necessary import/export customs documents (if necessary)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Relevant formal background, Bachelor level, alternatively long relevant experience
• 3-5 years experience from similar position
• Fluent English (extremely necessary)
• Good knowledge of the MS Office; Word, Excel, Power Point
