The Company:
Our client looking for secretary (Finance Department) (for 7 months)

The Role:
1. Provide technical functions to support and facilitate the activities of the Finance Leadership team (hereinafter referred to as “FLT”), which consists of the Managers and Deputy General Director, Finance.
2. Make arrangements for phone and conference calls for FLT members.
3. Make necessary arrangements for meetings, including reservation of conference rooms, arrangement of translator, refreshments and lunches as required, preparation of protocols.
4. Support during external audits.

5. Update on demand Finance Department annual vacation schedule.
6. Issue requests and supply the work area of the FLT and their team members with necessary stationery and office equipment.
7. Renew on demand subscriptions held by the Finance Department.
9. Complete documentary files to be transferred to the archives, including maintaining of a joint register of the documents deposited to and recalled from the external documents archive.
10. Do necessary typing work.
11. Act as an interpreter during the meetings and phone talks, make necessary written translations for FLT members.
12. In case of travel, maintain travel and meeting calendars for the FLT. This includes handling reservations for tickets and hotels for the FLT and other Finance Department employees.
13. In the absence of the Senior Finance Systems Administrator perform data input to the Navision system.
14. Follow other instructions issued from the Deputy General Director, Finance.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Higher Education
Experience: 3 years
Knowledge in English is a plus
computer skills (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint);
Good organizational skills
