The Role:
• Generate and distribute the appropriate reports/ documents to the right persons or group adequately
• Take and prepare minute of meeting to team member
• Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference calls
• Supporting occasional presentation/event preparation and execution
• Organize documentation/retentions for both hard and soft copy
• Be a focal point of general communication for the group
• Coordination and follow up of work as assigned

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in any fields
• 1-3 Years of experience in Secretary
• Fluent in written and spoken in English
• Service mind, relationship orientation, well-organized and can work well both in team and independent
• Computer literacy (Ms Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Self motivated, enthusiastic with good planning and adaptability
• Good command of English in writing, listening and speaking
• Well organized and understand the job priorities
• Work with diverse groups of people well
• Able to work under pressure
• Has Experience in take minute would be an advantage
• Being able to start working immediately would be an advantage
