The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Administrator Support for Experienced Hire Assessment Centres - Assessment Support Key Purpose of Role To provide assessment support at recruitment events for Jaguar Land Rover. The focus of activity will be on the facilitation and administration of assessment centres however incumbents will be expected to be given the opportunity to support other HR related including other recruitment and/or assessment activities e.g. material design and preparation, data analysis etc.

Key Responsibilities
- Administration of Level A Psychometric Ability Tests at assessment events
- Supporting the facilitation of assessment centres including co-ordinating candidates coming through the assessment process, supporting Jaguar Land Rover assessors, administration of assessment documentation, recording of assessment data in matrices etc
- Preparation of assessment centre wash-ups
- Managing the assessment centre resources and environment
- Administration activity supporting the reporting and analysis of assessment events

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Good time management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full Driving Licence (and own transport to drive between sites and assessment locations)
- Educated to A Level or equivilant

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Level A Psychometric Administration
- Motivated to work in the field of HR
- Experience of the delivery and marking of Psychometric tests
- Prior recruitment experience would be an advantage
- Occupational / Organisational Psychology MSc
