The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
- Personal / Team Assistant role providing secretarial service to a Purchase Director and Senior Purchase Manager.
- The role also includes supporting a team of 30 Buyers with admin tasks inlcuding raising Purchase Orders.

Skills Required:
- High standard of PC literacy in Word, Excel and Power Point, Google Mail.
- Previous administration /secretarial experience/diary management.
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation as well as with external contacts.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- A current driving licence is desirable.
- Respect for confidentiality is essential.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing demands.

Skills Preferred:
- Experience of working with systems.
