The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
To provide general administrative and PA support to the Licensing and Merchandising Director and the Licensing and Merchandising Strategy Director.

The Merchandising and Licensing team are responsible for delivering a strategic brand vision for an integrated Licensing and Merchandising programme that is global within its reach. The team is also responsible for defining the standards and brand requirements for third party and dealership retail opportunities, with a strong focus on the presentation of merchandise ranges at retail, and conformance to CI guidelines. The department has to ensure that appropriate margin and incentive structures for dealerships and their sales staff are also in place. Working closely with colleagues across design, brand management and brand communications, the team also are required to manage relationships with key suppliers, with the overall objective to ensure brand understanding, brand updates and the successful application of agreed "Design DNA" in to the Company merchandise range.

General administrative support for the Licensing and Merchandising team:
- Arrange travel (booking travel, booking hotels, gaining Finance signatories etc.)
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings, booking conference rooms etc using Google Mail
- Dealing with telephone queries on a wide range of subjects
- Produce presentations using Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint
- Meeting minute and action capturing
- Dealing with general departmental correspondence e.g. letters, faxes, e-mails, telephone calls.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- High level of computer literacy/competence; high level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Mail
- Experience in a support role to a dynamic executive team
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy, including the ability to develop effective working relationships and work as part of a team; high level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation and ability to represent the Company in a highly professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, work to deadlines, adapt to and negotiate varying demands
- Experience in dealing with confidential matters, and to exercise strict confidentiality
- Demonstrate high level internal and external customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Planning and problem solving skills
- Networking and communication skills
- Experience of working in a support capacity to Senior Executives.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Filing and archiving information in accordance with departmental and company processes
- Data entry & production of departmental reports using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
- Collection of data & information from a variety of sources (inside and outside of Company) and collating/summarising for use by the Senior Mgmt Team
- Ordering stationary & taking responsibility for office supplies and equipment
- Able to handle highly confidential information sensitively and appropriately
- Event planning and potential to be involved with event support
