The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
An experienced Senior HR Advisor specialising in Organisational Change Management is required for a fixed 12 month maternity cover contract. The core responsibilities of this position will see the successful candidate provide support across business areas impacted by change project's. With the role encompassing the people side of change, an individual with strong leadership skills who has core ability to influence people toward a common vision is required.

As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Manage, deliver and monitor assigned organizational change projects
* Develop change management strategies and actionable, targeted change management
* Support project teams in integrating change management activities
* Facilitate the delivery of organizational change management training to the business as assigned
* Engage key stakeholders and support Senior Leaders and Executives
* Work closely with External Affairs, Learning and HR specialists to formulate change plans and activities to support the delivery of communications and learning for project delivery

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in appropriate discipline (Business, Psychology or HR, or equivalent industry experience)
* Education in change management discipline - PROSCI, Post Graduate certificate in Change Management highly desired
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies preferably PROSCI
* Understanding of project and change management approaches, disciplines, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
* Excellent active listening skills with exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
* Strong analytical abilities with problem solving and root cause identification skills
* Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
