The Company:
A multinational utility company its principal activity is the supply of electricity and gas to businesses and consumers in the United Kingdom and North America. It is the largest supplier of gas to domestic customers in the UK, and one of the largest suppliers of electricity. It is also active in the exploration and production of natural gas; electricity generation; and the provision of household services including plumbing.

The Role:
The Senior Integrity Engineer is a role within the Operations Support team and as such provides support to both the North Sea and Netherlands Offshore assets.

This role will deliver;
* Analysis of trends and reporting of reliability data for safety-critical elements of equipment maintenance for the company's NS offshore assets;
* Utilisation of SAP to interrogate planned maintenance routines and corrective maintenance
* Interrogate system diagnostic software;
* Support in failure investigations;
* Facilitate Root Cause Analysis investigations and actions close-out
* Manage IVB (Lloyds) and other third party reliability studies, or contractors as required Identify, prioritise and track the resolution of maintenance-related risks and issues, and input for the company's BMS, MMS (SAP) and HSEQ dashboards and other regular internal and external reporting mechanisms.
* Demonstrate that the maintenance procedures of NS BU meet required HSEQ standards and that the company has the necessary focus, information and insight, systems, processes and procedures, in order to support CE&P in operating safely and effectively in the offshore environment.

Liaise with the corporate entity asset integrity group, identify future improvements and share best practices, in order to provide input for the corporate entity asset integrity group to set goals and objectives in alignment with the overall Centrica Production strategy.
Collate data and information from a variety of internal systems (AMOS, BMS, MMS, HSEQ, etc.)
Analyse trends on failures of safety-critical equipment, see maintenance activities and maintenance-related HSEQ issues
Develop and produce monthly, quarterly and annual asset integrity reports, in accordance with the asset BMS, MMS, and HSEQ reporting and corporate requirements, to inform management and contribute to decision-making.
Analyse maintenance procedures to identify and prioritize maintenance-related operational and HSEQ risks and potential risks arising from offshore operations.
Capture data and information about the actions taken to resolve anomalies arising from HSEQ and operational audit and inspection programs.
Administer, manage and monitor asset integrity and written verification activities. Address potential deficiencies, using agreed administrative systems and procedures.
8. RCA
Assist discipline reliability engineers in the investigation of failures, where required. Facilitate Root Cause Analyses on critical equipment, or system failures.
Provide input to maintenance strategies, including condition based monitoring for Asset equipment. Assist with Condition Based Maintenance scheduling.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* SAP experience is a pre-requisite
* Engineering Degree
* Conducts all activities in a safe and effective manner and raises safety and environmental issues immediately, and in line with corporate policy.
* Carries out duties in a way that maximises value and minimises waste and risk. Undertakes the role in line with corporate policy and demonstrates behaviours in line with Centrica's values at all times.
* Readily accepts accountability.
* Continuously develops ways of working by seeking feedback from colleagues and key stakeholders.
* Complies with project management disciplines, effectively utilises knowledge databases and actively participates in project reviews
* Demonstrate a sound understanding of engineering principles and practical application
* Ability to work in a fast moving, customer focused environment whilst maintaining the highest ethical integrity.
* Proven ability to interact effectively at all levels and encourage a team ethos across core crew and subcontractors.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Moderate Travel. Some travel to Netherlands and UK offices expected.
