The Role:
Maintenance of the project overall planning requirements.
Ensure all relevant project procedures are applied as required.
Maintenance of overall project schedules for progress and man-hour expenditure.
Preparation and issue of all planning status and the impact of changes in the scope of work and provide recommendations to the project line management.
Update and maintenance of the Integrated Work Management System, ensuring system integrity at all times.
Responsible for maintaining the Change Control register and their incorporation into the overall schedule.
Ensure familiarity with the company HSEQ Policies, Principles, Just Care™, HSE Mindset, Just Rules, Just Culture and HSE Operating System
Actively promote, through your personal commitment, HSEQ Policies, Principles, Just Care™, HSE Mindset, Just Rules, Just Culture and HSE Operating system
Be seen as a role model on HSE matters within your areas of operation and influence
Demonstrate HSE leadership of HSEQ Policies, Principles, Just Care™, HSE Mindset, Just Rules, Just Culture and HSE Operating system
Take personal responsibility for HSE local site rules and ensure regular review of your personal HSE agreement
Interve and ensure intervention by others where required
Report all accidents, incidents and near misses in accordance with Procedures
Keep abreast of industry developments and innovations that may affect safety and welfare of personnel or protection of the environment, and inform colleagues accordingl

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
OND / HND qualified preferred
Higher Level School Education preferred
Competent user of industry standard planning tools / systems.
Able to demonstrate suitable experience in the field of planning and project control within the Oil & Gas Industry
Able to display good communication and supervisory skills.
Good “Team” player.
Must be Eligible to Work Within the UK
