The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity is available for a Senior Site QA/QC Manager to join the Gorgon project.

In this role you will be responsible for the following;

• The effective implementation of Project Quality Management Systems for the Project Downstream Phase 4 Program.
• Ensure adequate deployment to and use by the Project Team in a manner that meets Corporate, Regulatory, location and contractual requirements.
• Ensure Quality processes are aligned with project specifications and applicable codes collaborating with Engineering to achieve the proper level of Inspection and procedure clarity to meet Project Objectives.
• Manage project service and product verification and inspection of the SITE project deliverables consistent with criticality assessments and contractual, regulatory obligations.
• Liaise with the Project Global Quality organization and ensure Quality consistence across the SITE matrix organization.
• Manage SITE Project Quality organization including quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, management of change, audits and project quality reporting and KPI review.
• Steward Quality organization to achieve superior best in class performance and integrate where appropriate.
• Promote safety awareness (IIF) and safe performance example among project team members and all contractor personnel - this would include participation in IIF training at site and participation in SITE Leadership Team goals.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered you will need to have;

• University degree in engineering/science or industry equal experience.
• Managerial skill sets with 15-20 years experience overseeing Quality program implementation with fabrication sites.
• Previous camp living experience is a plus with rotational assignment.

Experience:

Strong leadership, communication, very diverse field and LNG fabrication experience. An understanding of completions and commissioning systems is a key characteristic for a successful project.
Demonstrated leadership in fabrication, completions and commissioning is required to support execution and planning

Additional Comments: Position duration is 12months, working a 12 hour day on a 28/28 roster.
