The Company:
Our client is one of the worlds largest providers of technical services across a wide range of sectors, including nuclear.

The Role:
The CE&I Engineers require support to deliver the design packages required for the Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a various projects across the Sellafield Site.

Responsibilities shall include:

Provide Technical excellence to the CE&I team.
Under direction of the CE&I Engineer(s) perform the designer role for projects.
Supporting the CE&I Engineer(s) in the specification, management and delivery of CE&I design.
To generate designs that complies with the appropriate design, technical and legislative engineering standards.
To communicate effectively between engineering disciplines.
Provide design deliverables suitable for purpose and compliance with specifications.
Provide the necessary link between client and designers to ensure the delivery of work packages that comply with the client expectation
Provide the necessary designs in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Provide design support for the installation and commissioning phases of projects.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications - ONC (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering based course.
Essential Experience - 5 years within the previous 10 years, working within a similar role, 3 years of which were within a regulated and quality assured system. 2 years within the last 5 working years where design was a major part of the role.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications - OND or an appropriate Engineering Degree.
Preferred Experience - Previously worked on Sellafield Limited projects.

Able to conduct themselves professionally and with integrity.
Adaptable to changing work fronts, environments and challenging situations.
Self motivated and capable of arranging own work schedules to meet challenging client deadlines.

Security Clearance:
‘SC’ Level preferred, but will accept candidates with no clearance level to be initially security cleared by the client at ‘EBS’ Level prior to commencement.
