The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
My operator client has a current requirement for a Senior Completions Engineer to be based in Darwin on a 12 month contract. The client has a strong preference of being based in Darwin for the duration, however for the perfect candidate a FIFO arrangement may be agreeable.

Responsibilities include;

•Monitor all Pre-commissioning and Commissioning work, and work with engineering and construction teams to ensure that Contractor deliverables are carried out in accordance with the relevant Company and statutory requirements.
•Review and confirm that the Completions works are being performed in accordance with project principals, procedures and specifications.
•Identify and highlight any risks, opportunities or threats that may have an impact on project completions within project cost, quality or schedule objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of contingency plans as appropriate to maintain performance objectives.
•Ensure that the Completions database is populated, managed and reported upon as per the project standards and procedures.
•Confirm that the contractors TOSTR system is correctly implemented and complies with project specifications and requirements.
•Develop and update weekly/monthly performance management reporting to monitor progress on key performance indicators (KPIs) & critically analyse data.
•Support the review and swift resolution of Site Queries and Technical Deviation requests.
•Support the Company Right First Time principles, and assist in the implementation, management and auditing of the Right First Time systems.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Professional experience in senior roles with broad understanding of Oil & Gas projects and experience as a supervisor managing multiple individuals is highly appreciated.
Tertiary qualification in engineering or with proficient experience in commissioning/completion of Oil & Gas facilities
