The Company:
A Major Operator

The Role:
Monitors the construction team in the performance of all work to ensure all project requirements, including safety and timeline, are met or exceeded.
Supervises multiple construction teams as required.
Provides input and evaluates key safety and construction performance indicators.
Builds organization capability within team. Safety Champion.
Responsible for managing multiple construction projects.
Well versed with construction planning and supervision with technical expertise to interfaces with existing operations while working on the brownfield work.
Clear awareness of Construction Management tools and methods of execution.
Team Work and Mentoring-Ability to mentor less experienced personnel is very important, so is the ability to work successfully in multicultural teams.
Demonstrate ability to lead certain tasks with minimum supervision, organize and plan construction activities including site mobilizations, temporary facilities, cost estimating, scheduling, preparing work plans, bid preparation, bid walks, safety plans, contracting, materials management, cost tracking, onsite crew activities, and project turnover to operations and commissioning. Coordinate and provide construction input to the Facilities, Supply Change Management (SCM), HES, Quality, and Project Controls.
Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint and the use of GIS mapping.
Able to prepare Scope of Work and certain procedures for inclusion in Invitation to Bid packages.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
BS in civil engineering or construction management
15+ years of construction experience should include working on at least one onshore upstream major capital project ($1B+) Greenfield, which includes significant brownfield work and pipeline
Experience in all phases of the project life cycle is mandatory and willingness to work outside in Hot and Dusty environment.
Enhance Recovery/Steam Flood Experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in Middle East or similar environments would be preferred
Experience in internally coated pipes is a plus.
