The Role:
Our leading client is currently seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to work for my leading client based in Azerbaijan working on a 6/2 rotation.

Based in the Contractors site offices the main purpose of the role is to manage the Transport & Installation (T&I) contract, reporting to the PSCM Contracts Lead (Heavy Lift T&I, Subsea & SCV). The successful candidate will be required to support the contract administration and management of one of the most strategic project contractors, overseeing the contract for the T&I of the two jackets, pin piles and decks. Key responsibilities shall be to ensure administration of all project contracts is carried out to high standard in accordance with established procedures. The successful candidate will also be required to ensure that all contractual and commercial processes and decisions are in accordance with Global Projects Organisation (GPO) requirements and are transparent and supported by appropriate documentation. The candidate will be expected to provide project management with contractual and commercial advice that is appropriate and of a high standard. The individual shall also be required to support the PSCM Marine & Subsea Contracts team as an interface with UK/Singapore located team members.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Business, Commercial, Quantity Surveying or Technical discipline.
• Substantial experience in PSCM Senior post award position in Oil and Gas or similar industry.
• Background in Oil and Gas Projects, with track record of delivery.
• Experienced in management of offshore contracts, preferably familiar with Heavy lift Vessels.
• Minimum of 10 years/ experience in the offshore Oil and Gas Industry.
• Track record in contract management and managing/leading teams.
• Knowledge of contracting law, forms of contract, remuneration mechanisms, managing contractors, HSSE, planning and estimating tools.
• Familiarity with the Oil and Gas industry vendor qualification, ITT, EPIC contract and Service agreement requirements.
• Planning and estimating experience and thorough experience of the use of Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to deliver to time critical deadlines.
