The Role:
• Contract Management of existing EPC contract with scheduled delivery of equipment Q3 2016 followed by close out activities in Q4.
• Establishment and start-up of a Training, Storage and Maintenance contract for said equipment.
• Contract Management of separate Project Management support contract.
• Support Company Representative and Package Lead with contractual and commercial advice, resolve issues and disputes.
• Variation and commitment control.
• Manage Letters in/out, Approval to Expend, timesheets approval etc.
• Support the Logistic lead with transport arrangements for transport of equipment from fabrication yard to storage site

- Providing best of class C&P services to the project team and ensuring maximum added value during implementation in compliance with the clients standards and policies.
- Strong commercial attitude, balance the commercial mindset in short term negotiations with the long term relationship with contractors
- Managing internal and external interfaces
- Good understanding of content and legal aspects of contracts.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience and Background
Business or Engineering degree, or equivalent. Mastery of CP professional competencies. Understanding of strategic, technical, legal, finance and commercial issues, ability to cope with complexity and uncertainty.

The candidate shall be senior experienced professionals familiar with contracting roles in major capital projects. Experience in contract management of high to medium value complex oil and gas project contracts is required.
A minimum of 10 year experience is preferred in management of project contracts in Oil & Gas industry.

- Skilled in applying & developing negotiation strategies

- Able to articulate himself/ herself well in verbal and written English
