The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Corporate Social Responsibility Advisor to join a leading Oil and Gas Operator in Perth.

Are you able to form excellent internal and external relationships and utilise your creativity and initiative to deliver positive outcomes? Due to the rapid expansion of activities, a Senior Corporate Social Responsibility Advisor is required to coordinate and champion the company’s CSR initiatives in Australia. Reporting to the External Affairs Manager, you will be relied upon to provide strategic advice to senior management on issues relating to CSR and to build organisational CSR capacity.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the companies CSR activities in Australia.
• Develop and implement CSR strategies and programs relating to the company activities in Australia including the LNG Project.
• Mentor and manage the CSR team in Australia.
• Support the Corporate CSR team internationally.
• Manage the CSR/Sustainability internal reporting process, working with other departments to collect and analyse relevant data
• Benchmark competition and identify industry best practices in CSR.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on issues relating to CSR.
• Ensure compliance with corporate CSR commitments.
• Participate in external forums/committees/conferences

- A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience ideally within the upstream Oil and Gas Industry.
